Welcome to the FJUHSD Health Course Parent Review Portal.

This portal provides parents and guardians with access to important information and materials related to the FJUHSD Health course. From this page, you will be able to:

  • Read the Parent Letter
  • Review the Health Curriculum
  • View Course Outlines
  • Watch a tutorial designed to help families navigate the online curriculum

The information and materials provided below are intended for students enrolled in the FJUHSD Health course. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the curriculum demo, course outlines, and informational resources if they have any questions or concerns regarding course content.

If, after reviewing these materials, you would like to opt your student out of the Comprehensive Sexual Health unit, please complete and submit the opt-out request form located at the bottom of this page.

General Information for Parents/Guardians

Curriculum Review

Parents/Guardians have the ability to review the APEX Health curriculum.  To do so, please follow the directions below to log in to the course.  A video has been provided to demonstrate how to navigate through the course.

Course Navigation Tutorial

Review Account Log in

  1.  Go to the Parent Review Account log in page 
  2. On the login page, type in the following information:

USERNAME: CA_HealthEducation

PASSWORD: bloom

  • The username and password are case sensitive.
  • *Please do not change the password, the username, or any email addresses when accessing this review account.

 

Course Outlines

Comprehensive Sexual Health Opt-out

To translate this form into another language:

  • Click on the form link below
  • Once the form is opened, right click anywhere in the form’s blank spaces
  • Select “translate to” from the dropdown.
  • When the “Google Translate” window opens, select the 3 vertical dots
  • Select Choose another language
  • Select your preferred language from the dropdown
